Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
S.IBRAHIM & CO believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained once orders are processed and shipped by vendors/merchants.
- No cancellations are allowed for Same Day Delivery orders.
- No cancellations for special occasion products (Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
- If the product is not as expected, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Warranty-related issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our refund or replacement guarantee.
- If not satisfied, we will replace the product (if possible) or issue a full refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 21 days.
- Include order number and reason while requesting refund.
Important Note
Refunds are applicable only for online purchases. Items bought in physical stores are not eligible for refund and must be handled at the store directly.
